"I have had a few encounters with Best Buy recently. Online and in person at both of the locations in the TV. Most all of them were pretty sad (service wise) Don't have time to go into all of the details on here. All I can say is "get it together." Are they too big to have a decent service level of standards or are they just poorly ran by Corporate? Two stars because some of the employees do try but hands are tied from systems and processes above."
