"I was trying to print photos in person, but none of the USB cords they had available worked for me to print it myself on their computers. I went to the counter to ask if they could print the photos for me, and was met with sassiness and disdain from the store manager. The photos I wanted took literally seconds to print, but the manager complained that entire time because I had to ask someone to do it for me. The manager said to another employee that, “this photo department is relentless.” It wasn’t my fault that the store didn’t have the equipment working for customers to print their own photos. I would recommend going to any other Walgreens to have your photos printed because the store manager here will find a way to start conflict on something that doesn’t need to be negative at all."

"Worst pharmacy in town. Set up an appointment for Covid test the day before. Pharmacist said They didn’t have it in their system. It was like she was delighting in getting things wrong. Because then she asked me if I needed a prescription. For Covid? Thinking she misheard me I said no I need a covid test. She just stared. Like I was the one spouting nonsense. Disappointing but I guess these things happen from time to time. Set up another appointment for the next available time. Hoping she would be gone by the time it came around again two hours later. No such luck. Was told I have to come into the store to be tested. Lady I’m sick. What if I’m contagious? You want me to walk through a store full of people so you can hand me a swab that you could hand to me through the window? “I don’t make the rules!” Lady practically sung it with glee, guess she was having fun today messing with people. Okay whatever lesson learned never going there again. Man it’s almost like I was sick and didn’t want to be around people! Just buy a home test, it’s half as much anyways."

"I have been a customer of your pharmacy for over 10 years and as of today I will be switching pharmacies. I have a text message in my phone from 3 days ago that my prescription was ready for pick up. I went thru the drive thru today and was told to "swing back by in 20 minutes, it wasn't ready" How inconvenient. The woman acted like that was an acceptable answer and it is not. Do not tell me something is ready and then act like it's all good to swing back by later. Absolutely unacceptable Oh wow! Now that I drove all the way home I get a text it is ready. Worst pharmacy ever! This just proved that your pharmacy doesn't give a damn about people's time"

"Rude pharmacy tech. Useless pharmacist. If you plan on using your GoodRx card, make sure you plan on getting glared it. Clearly it's too much work to help the patient save a couple bucks. They are all rich behind the counter so your coupon is irritating. You'll also get told that "it could be worse" when you don't understand why your medication is still 350 with insurance. Transferred my medications to another pharmacy. Hopefully they will know how to treat people."
