"$4,000 Kirby vs $45 Walmart vaccumm. When purchased your told its one of the best vaccums. It sucks everything from the base flooring and padding of the carpet. Your immune system will be so much better. During advertisement they use baking soda (a very stinky consistency powder)to show the power of sucking it has. Your suppose to be able to mop with the Kirby. Not telling you the water has to be super soapy for the kirby to pick it up. And if you want to do a good job and get the areas in corners and base boards you have to use attachments. When you call to tell them your issues, all you get it "im so sorry to hear that, are you sure you are using the product correctly?" Vacuumed a room twice, in two different directions to use our cheaper vaccum once and pulled 2 constainers up AFTER using the kirby!!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY WHAT SO EVER!!!! ZERO STAR RATING!!!!"

"We rented a U-Haul. I reserved it online ahead of time. A month later we got a bill from U-Haul. This 3rd party dealer had added unauthorized charges and changed the name of the responsible party to my fiancee instead of me. Now we have a huge bill from U-Haul and they won't discuss it with me because the name was changed."

"They fixed my Kirby that I inherited from my mom in bad shape. They cleaned it and replaced numerous parts, including new headlight, roller, belt, bags, power cord and something that was damaged in the turbine all for under $300! Kirby service center in Ohio wanted $350 and cost of shipping to and from without all the replacement parts! They had a reasonable turn around time of about a week and it's as good as new and you know how expensive they are! But they are worth it!"
