"delivery guy was awesome he was by himself and delivered/lifted a washer dryer set by himself.... but non-stop calls for payment on multiple phone numbers is ridiculous. they still do that no matter if you communicate ahead of time if your payday doesn't align with their schedule."

"George is literally one of the worst people I have ever met. He’s one of the worst mangers. The way he talks to his employees when I came in and then he went on to lie about cost and how the system works when I have rented from rent a center before and my husband worked there! I literally returned all of my items just because of him. Rent a center needs to get a manger that actually cares about its employees and customers. When I walked in he was literally talking about how he just let himself in a customers house to collect merchandise while the customer was not home. When one of the employees said what are you doing? You are not allowed to do that. That is when George freaked out on ALL his employees. He is trash."

"I understand that there are due dates on the agreements, however when I originally set up the agreement my paydays were different than they are now, I've tried to get that updated but have had no luck. This can make it very difficult to make the payments on the opposite weeks from paydays which some payments may be delayed by a day or a few days but it's always paid in less than a week from the payment due date. This payment for due date 7/15 is one of those times and my agreement was terminated 3 days after the due date. I work in an inbound call center so I cannot take calls while working my day job and delivering for my evening job which occupies my phone. When your staff reaches out to me by text I can usually quickly reply. I'm half way through the rent to own on my sectional and dont have any interest in n starting over. Maybe have a little grace, especially when some of your customers are single parents killing themselves to provide for their children and always make the payments even if they are a few days late."

"No star isn’t an option Due to the lack of professionalism from the manager, his vulgar language in front of my children, about his customers and how he treats his employees is far from okay. You can hear him in the background when you call in about how he respects people. I would stay far away from this location if you want to be treated with respect or get anything with quality. Failure to discontinue payments has caused them to now steal money from us and apparently they cannot return my money to me on an account that doesn’t exist anymore. We cancelled the day we placed our order."
