"They've changed their name to Cardone a year and a half ago because they were bought out by a bigger supplier. They still have good service and the guy was kind enough to let me in even though it was past closing time and hooked me up with the parts I needed which I really appreciated."

"They took my order, looked up the serial number, looked up my model number they did all the research to find my fridge shelf. Shelf arrives a few days later and doesn't fit. I was sold and sent the wrong one. They won't take it back because it's not something they keep in stock, even though they are the ones who looked it up and said this is the one you need. I would give them a no star review but unfortunately that option isn't available"
