"From the time I called to the start of my haircut, I felt rushed and felt that I wasn't given the time to explain how I like my hair cut. I felt judged. The room wasn't clean because of the clutter in the room. I'm sure she's a nice person. It's just that I feel she needs to adjust how she handles her customers on a case to case basis. I called her and she said I was 2 houses from her place. So I asked her to text me the address, so I knew which direction to head to, she would not. When I entered her business, I had to call out to her because she was in another room where she cuts and I couldn't see her. It would have been nice if she greeted me at the door on knowing that it was my first time there and the haircut room was around the corner. She commented how she thought the other barber on the parking wasn't legal, which I thought was unprofessional and didn't need to be said. She asked how I usually have my hair cut. As I was explaining to her, she kept interrupting me, making me feel rushed and unheard. This happened twice, each time I had asked her to slow down and let me finish. She when asked me if I was military before starting the haircut. I said no, and I was Quality Assurance and asked her why because the question seemed out of place at the time. She said because I was very detailed. I felt judged for answering questions she was asking of me. When she started to use the clippers on my hair, it pulled my hair to the point it hurt. I asked her to stop and told what was happening. She said that there must've been a hair caught in the clippers and just used clipper oil to remove the hair. This led me to believe she doesn't clean or sanitize her equipment after every customer. Note: The clipper vacuum made it very difficult to hear what she was saying and hold a conversation with her. We talked about my wife's surgery that day, after the clipper use. She said she wouldn't trust the doctor's orders because of her daughter's past situations with the same surgery. I kindly told her I trust the doctor's training over her option. The haircut was great, but I will not be returning or recommend anyone to get their haircut because of the customer service attitude and treatment of the customer."

"A great haircut at a reasonable price! I have had my hair cut by Theresa five times so far and it has been perfect each time. I get a military cut and she nails it. It costs a little more than the base ($11 for a regular cut) but it is really worth it. Plus Theresa is super friendly. I enjoy my time there as much as the haircut!"
