"Not a huge Taco Time fan here, and especially since the one closest to our house is pretty mediocre in many ways, but my wife and I stopped by this location for lunch the other day, and found that it is amazing in (most) every way! The place is clean, doesn't stink and the atmosphere is made even better by the great music they were playing! The staff was super friendly, helpful, genuine, and seemed genuinely happy / grateful to be employed! The food was great, but it should be noted that my crispy bean burrito was not exactly crispy and could have used a little more time in the fryer, but whatever. I highly recommend this Taco Time!"

"The service was phenomenal, food was excellent, staff is friendly all smiling. Chicken Ranchero burrito is the best on the menu. And the cabbage instead of lettuce is superb. Way to go for this team. Knocked it out of the park!"

"I went in to redeem my "Guest Appreciation Punch Card" last Sunday 11/5/2023. I wasn't being a difficult or disrespectful customer, but was just trying to redeem the thing. I figured it would be a quick and simple transaction. At first I was told that I had to purchase a drink. I respectfully let the cashier know that that wasn't spelled out in the terms and conditions on the card. Then she spoke with her manager, after which she tried to charge me after a 5 dollar discount. Again, that's not what the card said. Finally, the manager read all the fine print on the card, and admitted that it didn't specify either of those conditions. She then stated curtly, "That's the way we've always done it... I guess we'll have to change our cards." Then she walked away. I got the same rudeness from the cashier after I said thank you, and received no response. Again, I wasn't being difficult -- I only pointed out what the punch card actually said. Needless to say, I had been a loyal customer (you have to be to fill a punch card), and they only succeeded in making my visit unpleasant and disappointing. Their unprofessional and discourteous actions put a sour taste in my mouth so to speak. There were no apologies on their behalf. A little humility goes a long way."
