"My husband and I came to the village to stop at Journeys shoes to get me some new shoes. Journeys wasn't open (they're supposed to open at 10...its now 11 and they're still not open.) Anyways, we hit Van's instead for my husband. He got 2 pairs of shoes and he's very happy. The staff was very nice and helped with finding his sizes in anything he wanted to try. We went shoe shopping for me, but ended up only getting shoes for him. He looks snazzy in his new kicks and I'm happy with Van's service. Thanks guys!"

"Will never buy from Vans shoes again. Earlier this month spent a substantial amount buying new shoes for my family. After one use my 5 year old daughters shoe started to come apart. I brought the. Back to the store in the village market place. I was told my purchase was not available because I must have bought them 90 days ago. I promptly stated I purchased them about a week or so. After a few rounds of thos they found the receipt. I asked for an exchange as they were a present. Being a special item sesame street the item was no longer available. I was told I could glue them my self but it only work 50 % of the time. I said this was unacceptable. When Ask what I would like I said could I get a refund. I asked if they had any similar ones . There was but it was a few dollars more. I asked if I could get a discount and make an exchange. The manager ask why I felt that I was initialed to a discount. I responded the show falling apart was unacceptable, it was a present and making time to return them was a waste... she immediately responded you are wasting my time and immediately begins to instigate conflict with me in the middle of a full store. VANS I have worn you shoes and purchased them for my kids on many occasions. The money I spent use to go to quality your child's shoe fell apart after one day , your management staff needs training. And for me there are other brands that I can spend my money on."

"Amazing experience today with an exchange. They scanned the shoes I brought in, told me how much the were currently valued at, and very extremely helpful on the floor. They ended up paying me back $.02 as well, wished me a good day and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for an easier or smoother exchange!"

I had to go back in, not once, but twice to exchange sizes for my employees and luckily she was there to help me navigate the process. "Definitely a nice place to get a decent pair of shoes, I just wear boots. So it's not really my kinda place. But I'm not a heckler, the staff was very kind and friendly, and the products were definitely high quality."
