"Absolutely a great little vegan restaurant! Everything on the menu is 100% vegan and our food was 100% delicious! Small enough to have a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, yet big enough to offer a menu with plenty of options! For lunch we went with the creamy tomato soup and the BBQ Jackfruit sandwich. Both were so full of taste and very filling! Would definitely recommend this restaurant for both vegan and non-vegan diners!"

"Cute and cozy spot. Great staff who were very attentive! A very healthy menu of fresh food with vegetarian and vegan foods. Many gf options. House made sodas and craft cocktails. It is a cafe, so very brightly lit. It would have been nice to have Softer lighting. Otherwise, a great place to go with friends"

"From the atmosphere to the food to the staff all top notch! First time going here it felt like I was somewhere other than Spokane in the best way possible! Classic and modern cocktails, housemaid ginger beer and other seasonal sodas, and the food was incredible! I look forward to and am pleasantly impressed with all RÜT has to offer every time go! highly recommend to any person vegan or not!"
