"Ordered a beanie from the company, didn’t notice the hat had tiny hearts on it. I called asking if I can exchange it for something else. They said no I have to return it online… even tho on their website for return policy it says I can return or exchange it for something else I store, but they refused me."

"Bought a shirt that tag said was $45.00 and was 40 percent off. Charged me $55.00 price with 40 percent off. The worker said computers were not working and could not fix the overcharge. They did not care at all about their mistake. North face: you owe me $10.00 plus dollars!!!"

"Tried to return a bag that was purchased online. Brand new with the tags attached, had the receipt, also within 60 days. North face website says items purchased online, can be returned in store. I was told that they cannot return the item in the store, and I would have to ship the items back myself. Do not know what the associates' names were, as they were not wearing name tags. Staff were not helpful at all, seemed annoyed I was trying to return an item, and condescending. Will not be back at all. Worst experience I have ever had in retail. This Boise store really needs to do better, it has a reputation for being horrible to customers."

"Abhorent customer service. Just went in to return a hat from a Christmas order. I have never returned anything in the 20+ years I have purchased from Northface. I was told that the tag could not be removed. I had the receipt and it was obvious it had not been worn. For the price you pay I expected to be treated with more respect.
