"They came out and ran a diagnotic. I declined it at the time until GE could approve the charge. GE approved the fee and ordered the part to be shipped to my house. The Sears tech arrived and did the install on the part that their own diagnostic said we needed. The tech said everything was working and left. I looked at my washer & the detergent tray was broken. Then my washer would start a cycle and then stop. It wasn't performing that way until the technician swapped out the part. I called and got no where until GE reached out to them on my behalf. I asked for a manager to call me and it's been two weeks and no one has called me back. GE offered to hire them back out to my house but at this point, I told them not to bother. I don't want this crooked business in my house. I also work in property management and we have used Sears in many states for our hundreds of properties we manage. This was the worst experience ever."
