"Went to used the women's restroom, and as anyone does I touched the restroom door to see if anyone was in it. As I touched the restroom door it opened, and I saw there was one of the workers in the restroom. I quickly grabbed the door to close it, and said "I'm so sorry!" The worker then replied "Jesus Christ!" Taken back by her response I appogized again, and said the door wasn't locked. The worker replied "it was until you touched it." As worker exited she gave me the dirtiest look. As I used the restroom behind her I noticed the lock was definitely broken. I then went to the dressing room to try some things on only to find the same older woman with blonde hair and sleeve tattoos on both arms was working the dressing room. I tried my things on, and as I exited again she gave me a dirtest look again. I've worked retail for over twenty years and have never interacted with such an unprofessional employee. Management and another employee were very kind when I brought up my concern. Needless to say I'll be avoiding that crazy lady, and restroom with broken door when I come in again."

"DO NOT EVER BUY ANYONE A GIFT FROM THIS PLACE. Tried to simply exchange a gift that had Nordstrom Rack tags on it and they essentially demanded that I prove it wasn’t stolen by providing information about the person who gave it to me which I didn’t have… Their excuse for not exchanging their own product was that they have to “treat everyone equally”… LIKE THIEVES."
