"To loud of music, no one talks to you. Very 'walmart' like feel from employees when you come in (if you know what I mean). That feeling like they wish you were not there at all and don't want to see if they can help you find anything. Would not recommend"

"I bought an item online and used a coupon and points, I set it up for pick up at this location. I was pretty proud of the price I managed to buy the item for. I got a text saying Old Navy could not fulfill my order because of stock issues, I called and was told they had multiple of this item… They cancelled my order possibly because I made it later in the day and they didn’t want to prepare it. The woman on the phone found my item and held it for the next day. When I went in, I had to pay for the item again because it was cancelled the day before. The staff did not honor the coupon I had used to purchase it, and charged me the regular price. This came as a surprise because they cancelled my order without good reason, and should have sold the item to me at the original price I paid. I am not impressed and won’t be back."

"Staff was friendly. They had dust bunnies under many of the clothes racks and displays. If any of you have little boys you know they will explore under the racks and when they covered in dust bunnies kind of puts me off on a store. Cashier also forgot to take off one of the anti-theft devices. Not looking forward to going back and getting it removed."
