"WARNING STAY AWAY To all my restaurant owners this company is at best incompetent and at worst thieves. I asked them to come replace a belt in my bizerba slicer. 3 weeks later the belt arrived and the tech was on site 7 hours. After he replaced the belt he turned the slicer on and the motherboard blew out. They would not accept any responsibility. They charged my credit card for over $3k ( a new slicer is $3k). I did not authorize the charge. They are dishonest and incompetent"

"We had a service repair man come out and look at my pizza oven after he diagnosed the issues he gave me quote of $300.00 I told him that to go ahead with the repair. Once the repair was complete he gave me an invoice for over $700.00 .... his explanation was that labor wasn't included in the quote! I will never use them again. When people ask how much it will cost you would think they would give you a complete total not just part of it! Had he gave me the $300 + labor for the quote we would not of been so upset. He just said it would be about $300 when I asked him how much it would be. We are not thrilled with this company and will not use them again."
