"I won’t be a returning customer until they’ve improved their customer service. The reps treat the customers as inferior for asking questions. I was even hung up on after confirming the time of delivery. I’ll update my review with photos and a final impression once I receive the furniture I purchased. Update: My furniture was delivered on time and on schedule. The movers were quick and easy to talk to. However, when they assembled the furniture they drilled screws into the incorrect area and punctured the front of the entertainment center leaving noticeable holes. These imperfections are annoying, seeing as I just spent a decent amount of money for it. They offered to fix it without reimbursement of the damages but have yet to make good on their promises of actually fixing it. Update: They did make several attempts to fix the holes."

"I had to clear out two different homes due to loss of family. I feel the under priced the items I consigned and then sold for even less and never asked me about selling for the lower price they just did it. The only reason for the 2 stars and not 1 is they were able to move furniture out that I was unable to myself. 10k bedrooms set sold for 4k and it was 1 year old in flawless condition just to big for me to handle and some other display cabinets were sold for so much below value my head was spinning. as a buyer I am sure its a great place to shop as they sell cheap so they make a buck. As a person letting them sell your stuff be aware they don't value the true cost of your items they value the quick sell and fast turn around. Its a fast turn over mentality as they have no money invested just space and the faster they can sell an item the more items they can fit into that space in a months time."

"We bought our bedroom set and furniture for our home office here at Consign Furniture. They scheduled delivery for a few days after our new home sale was final. But our closing got pushed back twice. Each time I had to cancel and reschedule delivery they made no fuss and were so flexible. This place is huge and full of really nice furniture and home decor. The entire team went above and beyond and they never put pressure on us. Five stars all around"

"Great news I feel that I won the lotto and I want to share my fortune with everyone. Just a short story of how I came upon the most wonderful store one could only wish for. My husband and I moved to Idaho, Meridian to be exact and as luck would have it we were in need of furniture as we moved here because of a family emergency which required our immediate attention, we purchased a house and were in need of furniture we went to every furniture store and ordered furniture we were desperate to find something because we were in an empty house and had to finally resort to staying at a hotel for some time we were told that our furniture would be delivered in 6 mos. to a year we left disappointed and upset. Driving around not knowing the area we came upon the Consignment Store and as we entered we were greeted with kindness and sympathy, as we told our story we looked around and noticed all these wonderful things some new and used as I looked around a said to my husband "I wonder how long we have to wait for delivery" one of the managers overheard and said "well is tomorrow to late" I couldn't believe my ears and almost dropped, sure enough they delivered it the next day. They had so many wonderful things which increases daily that we find ourselves there every chance we have. There is no pressure to buy my gosh they even give suggestions and they will work with you. Things you want to get rid of they will take it on consignment. Hey at lease check this store out you'll thank me I'm sure. Please share your experience with others I know I have. "I live in Reno and have bought several pieces of exquisite furniture at the Reno store. I was browsing the website for the store located in Meridian, ID and found a piece of art that I desperately wanted. I called the store to find out about shipping it to me and Dave agreed to bring it to their Reno store for me when he next visits in April. The piece is absolutely exquisite and Dave made my day and maybe my year! Absolutely fantastic finds, great and fair prices, and unbelievable wonderful people working at the store! This makes me so happy!"
