"I was recommended to take my dog to get groomed here by someone who gets their dog groomed here every month I called this morning to see about getting my dog booked and I was just told they’re not accepting new clients and was hung up on not until I called back and asked what was the reason for them not taking clients was I told that they are not booking until January which I find odd because I was recommended to this Groomer by someone who gets their dog groomed every month but if you’re looking for a Groomer, I wouldn’t recommend this one cause they get very rude and short on the phone"

"I brought my two dogs in the get their nails clipped. My one dog was super scared and the woman was extremely rough and rude to her. Didn’t do anything to help her calm down or tell her it was okay. She just yanked my dog’s neck into place and man handled her nails. When we walked out my dog was bleeding on the concrete because the woman cut WAY too high up and was way too rough. Then I brought my dog to the vet and they said that the groomer caused her nail damage and if we didn’t come in sooner then it could have gotten infected or worse. Why do you own a dog grooming salon when you’re not patient or good with dogs? Hire someone who cares. I liked this place because it’s cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. I won’t making that mistake anymore. Also this place has zero air conditioning and there were like 10 dogs stacked in metal crates all barking and crying. It was giving me puppy mill vibes and was super sad. Anyway don’t risk getting your dog hurt. Pay the extra $10 somewhere else where they actually care and know what they’re doing."

"Had both my dogs (Pomeranian and golden retriever) groomed here. They were very kind, flexible with drop off and pick up, and did a great job on both of them. Overall a really good experience. I’ll definitely be back and happy recommend them to others!"
