"The manager always has an additude, but today was the last straw, need her to look up my son's medical card.. cause I misplaced it.. have had other cvs find it just fine.. she said she couldn't find it so I gave her a number to which she yelled at me it wasn't enough numbers.. so I'm looking though papers for a number.. I asked her how long is the number.. she said she didn't know??? But the other number that you didn't even try wasn't long enough? She starts screaming at me at the top of her lungs . I'm on the phone with my insurance place trying to tell her that they said it was number she refused to try... I could only get one of my prescriptions.cause I wasn't expecting to pay anything with insurance . to which she said she was canceling the other.. which I still need! I can't believe its always something when I come her.. you can tell she doesn't like her job"
