"Loved this place up until a couple months ago, when it seemed like something changed. They were much less professional over the phone and when I brought my 5 month old puppy there, they were not very kind and would only trim his nails, still charging me $30. I understand he is quite high energy, but they even refused to put a bandana on him and were not kind about detailing how difficult he was. I brought my other 2 yr old dog there a couple weeks later and the groomer said she was “easily distracted” and she accidentally cut her ear hair right at the skin, making her look very ridiculous. She has always been praised for how well she does as the groomers, so I was very confused as to who was distracted, my dog or the groomer. I had been going there for about a year prior to this with no complaints, but unfortunately something seemed to have changed negatively."
