"I almost always come here with my grandmother, we most like walk out the store with a couple of things. With me getting older I'm just wondering if I can volunteer before 14. If not that's totally okay"
"Store has a lot of clothes and other treasures, but it also is a bit of a mess. The staff is always polite, but they are clearly exhausted trying to keep up with the filth wizards who seem to be waging some neverending battle in the housewares section."
"So the customer service here in the front is a 5!! However on the store overall they always have the same furniture. You can see furniture being turned in constantly in the back, but you never get to see it on the floor. Everything‘s priced pretty good. The books are great. I found a lot what I needed for homeschool just would like to see more furniture on the floor."
"I was in Goodwill on Saturday, September 24, 2023. Bought earrings that cost $3.81. I checked my bank statement, only to discover I was charged $9.00. I will be contacting Goodwill personally. I have the original receipt. People are thieves. Now I’m checking my account several times a day. Shame on you goodwill"
"Don't expect the prices on the signs to be what you will be charged at checkout. Went to buy 9 children's books today. They rang one up as children's (99¢) and the rest up for $2.99 each. When I pointed out the error as they were all childrens books I was told that 8 of them were too popular to be rang up at the lower price. What?! So when I asked why of the remaining 8 books I was charged the hardback price when only half of them were hardback I was again told it was because they were too popular to be priced at anything less than the hardback price. If you want to charge more for a book fine but at least mark it with a price so people know what to expect. Also, cashier's do not need to be so rude when customer's ask for clarification when prices are rang up for triple what the signs say."
