"Dropped off 2 dogs and later she called and said one was dead. The Dog had hung itself from the grooming table. Why she walked away long enough for our dog to die I will never know. She told us the name of the dog who died and when picked up it was the complete opposite dog. She couldn't keep straight which dog was which. She waited so long to tell us our dog had died the rigor mortis had already set in. She had also called some huge guy to come to her store before we came and picked up our dog. Im sure to try and intimidate us.She then had the nerve to demand payment after killing our dog. I would not go there she is also extremely rude and her whole shop smells like cat pee."
"I took my dog Rudy into paw pals for a nail trimming and my dog hates to get his nails trimmed. Hates it so much that he could not sit through the whole thing. She was so patient with him..thank you"
"Super sweet lady and she got P's nails cut so big win for me and she smells so good"
"Owner was unprofessional, judgemental, and offered poor unsolicited advice. She did a terrible job and cut my dogs paw. I made the appointment she told me price would be between 50 or 60 for my standard poodle. Then when I brought him in she tried to tell me I needed to change his food and rambled on about calling Purina for coupons. She also claimed that a vet would charge too much to diagnose a skin problem and I should get an online DNA test and that would tell me. (My dog is clearly a standard poodle and a dnd test wouldnt tell me anything about his skin problem) On top of trying to convince me to buy a supplement for joint health when I told her I'm already giving my dog a supplement that's working well. I told her I was going to call the vet about his skin and she kept saying if a dog is 8-9 they've lived thier life and taking them to a vet I'd be paying bills off well after my dog was gone. So she repeated called my dog old and basically said Healthcare for an aging dog is pointless because he's gonna die. Even though his breed lives 12-14 years (according to akc). Then when I asked price before leaving she said less than 50. She didn't tell me she'd be crating him. She didn't tell me she would be grinding his nails (he hates nail grinders). She cut the fur on his paws with scissors and cut his paw. (Typically that's done with clippers) she didn't follow my instructions and basically just buzzed him. At no point did she inform me she does not take cards. There was a post it note taped to her counter saying no cards. It was small and not obvious at all. She did not tell me a specific price until pick up. 55. Didn't apologize or offer a discount when she cut my dog. Just acted like it was no big deal. Then expected a tip. The space looked cluttered and poorly maintained. She spent 10 minutes looking for my leash. Then tried to put his hands free leash on him like a collar even through when he came in it was clearly attached to the collar he was wearing. Then she made a judgey comment about hands-free leashes being "dangerous" which is entirely false and alot of service dog handlers use them. I sure hope that no one takes her advice. He came back anxious and shaky. Which is not how my dog is at all. I regret taking my dog to her."
"I love leaving my dogs and knowing that I can trust they will be well taken care of, she is great. And my dogs love her! And always look happy when they come home with their hair cut and massage she gives them! β£ they smell great also!"
