"I love Jimmy John's! I always get the Billy Club Unwich due to a gluten intolerance. The staff are always in good moods, always positive and always communicating so the orders don't get messed up and everything goes smooth. The atmosphere is pretty relaxing for guests and is a nice place to just kick back and enjoy your meal. The service is top tier because the employees pay attention to what you are telling them and take the time to confirm your order and then reconfirm to solidify they're getting it right. The find is always good because they use high-quality ingredients, and everything is always fresh."

"Our sandwiches have been hit and miss up until recently. Now, they're awesome every single time due to getting the same killer delivery driver(not sure if he makes the sandwiches or just delivers).
