"Do not order online, they are horrible at online orders and had to wait longer after the period of time it said it will be ready. They will help people that come in after you before they get to yours since they are a walkin even though you have already paid. We asked if we could get a refund and just wait in line and they said no. Not helpful and very disappointed because we were on a time crunch couldn’t really eat it."
"First time dining in at a Jersey Mike's restaurant. Blu helped me with my order and she was very pleasant. The whole aura of the store and team was far above what is normally found in a food establishment. I had the Big Kahuna and it was delicious! Thanks Jersey Mike's team on 2/29 at 1:15pm."

"I put in a pick up order online and came at the designated time, had to wait 20 more minutes for my sandwich. noticed while they were making it that it had oil and vinegar on it, which I had asked for sides of, not on the sandwich itself. They remade it, which was nice, but they remade it with the wrong bread, only noticed after I got to where I was going. I did look in the bag before I left and had to ask for two sides of the relish which I had also asked for on my original online order. While I was waiting i saw two whole rotations of the walk in line go through. Don't do pick up orders, save your time and just walk in. I have never had any issues just walking in and ordering. Otherwise, delicious as always, despite not being exactly what I ordered."
