"They don't cut the sandwiches right, so if you ask for 6 inches you'll get 4 instead. I've gone here plenty of times to verify that the employees don't care enough. You ask for lettuce, they give you a fairly small amount, for example. The food still tastes good, but they don't portion the food the same way other subways do it. I personally think the employees are college students is why."

"I was in this past week. The service was horrifying. That rude girl Ashley with the acne all over her face always has a bad attitude and is so rude to everyone. The overweight black guy was so obnoxious and rude to the female coworker, He humiliated her in front of everyone. He was so degrading. I also have to say that I strongly disagree that he gives his friends extra meat and cheese and does not charge them extra. That is not fair to the rest of us who have to pay for extra meat or cheese. I would give this subway 0 stars if I could."
