"This place used to be good but now nearly every time I come, whether it’s after work or later at night, they tell me to pull around and wait out front when there is no one in line behind me. This has happened at least 4-5 times, I told myself I wouldn’t come here anymore but I shop at Fred meyers sometimes and stopped by tonight and what do you know, “please pull around out front we’ll bring your food to you right away”. If it’s right away why not just let me wait at the window? If there was a line and my order was large I would understand but it’s just me and I get one meal. Never again will I come here. Last time the fries were either old or over cooked because they were hard as a rock and the beef had weird dark spots on it. The people aren’t rude but the way they handle orders is horrible and after it happening at least 4 times I’m over it."
"Service was good, slow but very customer service oriented. The roast beef was cold, 3 of us ordered it and it was cold in all of them. Typically when it takes a bit longer to get our food, we hope for something fresh and warm. The curly fries were hot out of the fryer though which was a plus."
"So I read on The Google that today is National Burger USA Day! I also read on The Google that The Arby’s decided to take the burger to the next level by combing The American Wagyus with The American Beefs to make the first ever The Arby’s burger offerings. I decide I must try this burger even before I read the rest of the article proclaiming how delicious this new creationism of The Arby’s “WE HAVE THE MEATS” policy. Then, much to my amazement, I discover I can have this amazing MEATS burger for 50% off! I almost make a dook I am so excited! Sure enough, this fantastic patty combined with the bacon and the cheese and the lettuce and the tomato and the ranch sauce is such a delight that I had tears of joy running from mine eyes. I would gladly pay full price for this wonderful creationism in the future and I suspect I will be back to this particular The Arby’s for the quick and courteous service, super clean restaurant and amazing MEATS."
