"We went to Chili's because we had a great experience the last time we were there. This was the complete opposite. No napkins or utensils were provided. We had to try to find them ourself and never had them the entire meal. The food delivered was incorrect, the waiter never came back to check on the food after it was delivered or refill drinks, and food was sub par overall. In this day and age with food prices being high, its expensive to take out a family for dinner. I will not pay high prices and get this kind of service."

"Very meh experience. I got the happy hour trip dip and my queso bowl was only half full. I asked for sour cream instead of ranch and got the tiniest little 2oz portion. Blackberry marg was good but VERY sweet."

"Chilis is always a great staple, but this location always delivers. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and triple dipper, and both were amazing! Our server Bailey was so attentive and knew her stuff! She was kind, quick, made sure to check in frequently, and answered all of our questions about the food and drink items, even with the craziness of game day. The place was clean and we were seated very quickly too. Great service from start to finish! Oh"

"Honestly, I've been to chilis five times in my life and the first three weren't good experiences (years ago) Here recently, they have really stepped up their game. Great quality food and amazing service. I had one of the best servers last time I've ever had. I think her name was Sarah. The food was exceptional. I will definitely be back once I'm in this area again."

"I would like to say my server Ali was very friendly as soon as I sat down she was quick she was polite offered suggestions was very quick with her food and was friendly with my kids I will be back because of her customer service. The food was excellent everything tasted incredibly fresh."
