"(VALET SERVICE PART OF BJC MEDICAL GROUP BUILDING) I had a drs apt yesterday 03/28/2018 weds i pulled up into the garage with the valet and the drop off/pick up in the middle lane not close to picking up or dropping off curb so i sat in the middle lane while there were attendents at the post waiting to serve i looked around saw others getting thier cars back and more attendents going to the post remind you all this time not one of them notice or greets me now i do drive an older model car 99' to be exact but when they acknowledge the person that was literally behind me it blew me back now this is a HOSPITAL R MEDICAL BUILDING RIGHT ????????? not the RITZ CARLTON R THE WESTIN but a place for the ill them not knowing or caring my condtion i might have not been able to walk anything .......... so this location is definitely getting a BAD REVIEW from me they took me there and it usually takes a lot but for them to not acknowledge me when i pull up in my 1999 "bentley'' made me feel some type a way"

"Office staff must be overwhelmed because I've called two days this week to check on an appt been on hold 5- 10 minutes. They have the option to leave a message but I did that and never heard back. Finally reached someone and she was very nice and apologized for missing the message."
