"This is the 3rd time (in 3 years) I had to pick a different Primary Care doctor because the previous ones left this facility. Now, there is no one can prescribe my daily Thyroid medications. Last time I saw my doctor was in May 2023. Then he left the facility and I immediately made an appointment with a new doctor. The closest option was March 2024, so I picked that date. Now, I ran out my daily meds already, and they refuse to prescribe them before seeing a new doctor. I have to take my Thyroid meds every day and they supposed to prescribe it until my annual check up. They do no care about patient care. I do not recommend this place."

"We have been going to BJC Medical Group at the Highlands for more than a decade. Everyone there is very kind and it appears to me that all is efficient. I have not had any complications of any sort nor any paperwork delays. The only disappointment I have is my doctor retiring and then soon after my nurse practitioner. These folks have taken great care of my husband and I... I wish them well!"

"The doctors at BJC Medical Group are undoubtedly well-qualified, showcasing a deep understanding of their respective fields. Their proficiency instills confidence in the level of care provided. However, the continuous turnover among the support staff has been noticeable and, at times, disruptive to the overall patient experience. The frequent changes make it challenging to establish a rapport with the staff, hindering the sense of continuity and familiarity that one might expect in a medical setting. If you are in search of a healthcare provider for the long term, particularly a general physician to oversee your overall health, it might be wise to explore other options in the area."

"I was seeing Dr. Tyrell, when she left I started seeing the NP, Kristen. Dr. Tyrell and Kristen were both amazing. However, my last appointment with Kristen they registered me with a new doctor that doesn’t have any availability until over a year. They ensured me that during this year I would still be able to be seen if something came up. I’ve reached out multiple times to have my diagnosis managed and they’ve continuously been extremely rude and refused to see me. I called one last time today and Elaine yelled at me constantly and called me a child for being frustrated. It is obvious they do not care about their patients nor managing their care. I’ve asked for a manger to call me 4 times now and they tell me I will get a call the next day, but I never do."

"I had a good experience with this office originally. But then they canceled my appointment in July and the soonest they could get me in was late October and with a new doctor. When I unexpectedly needed to reschedule I did so in MyChart. Later the office called me and said that despite being able to do in MyChart, that I was not allowed to reschedule my appointment in MyChart and the actual next time they could see me is in April. They absolutely did not care about the massive inconvenience this has been nor care that they wanted to make a patient wait 9 months to see a doctor at their practice. I will no longer be a patient of this office. Also, fix MyChart."
