"I truly don't know how this has any negative review. The place was outstanding! It is warm, welcoming and most important CLEAN! The check in process was great. Front staff friendly and professional. Dr Parks (anestetiologist) was so good and patient with me. I am deathly afraid of needles. Then Dr Lang did awesome with my surgery. My nurses were super sweet and I felt they went over and above to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of! I highly recommend the place!"

"Prop nurse was sick and nose running. The post op nurse didn’t plug the warmer blanket in. I kept complaining I was so cold and kept saying you shouldn’t be. After shaking cold for awhile I finally got another nurse and she said oh it’s because it’s not plugged in. Didn’t ask how I was if she could bring me anything other than a drink."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. The nurses are wonderful, but the billing office is AWFUL! They said I could bring a letter stating the first payment for my surgery could be charged to my Moms credit card and the subsequent payments could be charged to mine. They have charged all the payments to my Moms card. When I called, they said I would be reported for fraud! They have deleted info that they told me they had, and even read to me word for word. Suddenly, that info is not in my chart! So dishonest! Never again! Once you get your EOB, they wont change the amount you owe. My payments were for the part not covered by insurance, yet the 2 amounts dont add up. Awful, unprofessional and fraudulent!"

"Money, money, money. While some of the staff was very nice, the receptionist/check-in person was quite unfriendly, as were some of the others. My surgery was on a Friday, and I received no follow up phone call until Monday evening, when they left a voice mail saying they would call me Monday. Huh? I guess the person who dropped the ball didn't realize that cell phones record the date and time of a call/voice mail. No written instructions for post-surgery care. My poor spouse was exhausted from spending 24 hours caring for me while I was incapacitated for weeks. If this wasn't shoddy enough treatment, this place requires you to pay EVERYTHING before they take you in. They DO NOT send the bill to your insurance first. It's up to you to call them and get most of your money refunded after the insurance finally pays. Unbelievable. I will never go back there again."
