"My drink was very good, and the guy who came to my car to take my order was very nice. But when I pulled up to the window it wasn't the same vibe. The only thing they said was hi and here's your drink. Other than that, the girl in the window kept her back to me the whole time up until I got my drink. And I know they do group interviews, and hire those the most talkative. I don't mean to be a Karen, but I know they're supposed to be friendly and talkative to customers and thought I'd just leave this here"

"Everyone's always so happy to help you here, my favorite drink to get is the Golden Eagle, so sweet, so delicious. Only when we were handed our drinks my cup was fumbled and after we left with our napkins I realized the cup had cracked all along the side smh, we stopped quickly after to replace the cup but other than that good service, good drinks!"

"Use to love this location but recently they charge different prices for the same drinks?..Depends on how they ring up a white zombie Dutch freeze I guess? The customer service needs improvements as well…not aware of long lines, walk ups or time management even with a full crew on a busy Monday morning. You either wait forever in the drive thru or do a walk up just to get ignored and wait longer than the drive thru. Always getting the drinks wrong now too, it’s never stirred or drinkable cause it’s just ice n milk. Unfortunately after my experience yesterday on top of the previous month of mishaps i don’t see myself returning"

"Worst location in the valley. I work very close by so I come to this location often, but after yesterday I probably won't go back. Very rude employees and unwilling to fix an issue where I was overcharged or even add a free shot to my drink to make it right in any way. I gave up and just ordered my same drink again that was made so horribly it tasted like actual vomit. I had to go back again to have it remade and was once again met with attitude and unhelpful employees. I'd rather drive 20 mins out of my way to get to a different location bc this one SUCKS"

"Just got the snickerdoodle from here. They said happy birthday and my drinks were free! I’m one happy trucker. I was getting off loaded at Al’s sporting good and it’s 100 degrees today so it was calling me. Thanks Dutch bros. Ever since I visited your Ellensburg Washington location I’ve been hooked ever since. Will continue to visit you guys when I get the chance."
