"3 stars just because their hours kinda suck. I’ve tried to go here like four times before 11 and keep forgetting that they’re only open from 11-6. I’ve gone to Michael’s every time because of this. Other than that their employees are awesome and have great service and products. Their discounts are amazing too I just wish they were open at 10:30 at least. But until then I will be going to Michael’s for all of my crafting stuff before 11 am."

"Normally a great place, but lately there's been an older employee with short gray hair who is FRANTIC every time, yelling across the store because she doesn't have her walkie. This time there were no bags for my cart full of fabric, and I thought it would be fine, until I realized there was no cart return, and had to walk all the way back inside in the snow. Maybe have employees arrive 30mins to an hour before opening to prepare for things like walkies, bags, and other every day operations."

"Four employees are walking past the locked doors 15 minutes past opening and ignoring everyone waiting in line. I tried to get someone’s attention but they ignored me and walked by."
