"First-time customer. The guy that took my order was so nice, so patient, and explained the whole menu to me and made recommendations based on my likes and dislikes. My white chocolate latte and lemmon poppy muffin top were absolutely delicious! But the best part was the over the top kindness and customer service I received."
"I went here today Thursday at around 4- 4:30 PM and received absolutely atrocious customer service. I wish I knew what his name was but he should not have a customer service position but he was white he had brown hair and looked to be in his 20s barely spoke above a whisper looked angry when I couldn’t hear what he said, seemed annoyed, didn’t even ask me what I wanted just presumed that I knew he was ready to take my order… Didn’t even give me a straw didn’t ask me if I wanted to use the app app just all around awful service should not be working in a customer service position.. Very rude. Dissapointed because usually the service is good. Taking my business elsewhere. Goodbye."

"One thing about Dutch Bros is you never know what you’re going to get. I ordered a Golden Eagle (caramel and vanilla) hot chai. My daughter ordered a Hazelnut Truffle Mocha (very chocolatey) Frost. When we got our drinks, mine tasted like pumpkin, which was delicious and after ordering I was actually thinking I wish I had ordered something with pumpkin instead. (I guess they read my mind.) My daughter’s drink tasted like a golden eagle frost. There was no chocolate in it at all. Needless to say, both drinks were delicious. I only dropped a star because my daughter was disappointed about not having any chocolate in her mocha drink."
