"Have come to this place for quite a while, unfortunately it has continued to go down hill. Wine is great, big selection, but half the time we have come here the machines did not work. They used to have a great selection of snacks/food. We did like the fries, but they changed the selection and now they are just floppy regular fries, nothing special. We hope to come back again and give them another chance, but the village in a whole is not what it used to be."

"This place has lost a step. Check update. Sad. Atmosphere was swanky. And most days, i am sure this spot is wonderful. I was dealt a different hand. Were no tastings allowed. The server and bussers got us a table quickly and took orders. Of the 7 wines had half glasses of, 2 of them had went bad and tasted as vinegar. That is unacceptable. Unfortunately, the wine that i liked the most was depleted after a half glass and none more was available. The seared scallops were ok. The pasta described came as mac n cheese and despite asking no cheese on my dishes there was also powder parm on top of the ceasar. The bruschetta was only ok. . My mom enjoyed her bison steak. Ceasar salad was basic. But, in my opinion the salmon soup was the most rounded and complete of all the dishes. The area is nice, fireplace outside was good. Update: I found out after my date received her meal that mine was unavailable. Not cool. They gave no discounts or apologies. I went to another place to eat. Won't be returning. Sad."

"Its only the price that holds it back 9 bucks for a beer ! I understand this is the village. I understand that the inflation from the poor political policies have caused inflation. I understand that this is a business and you got to make a buck. But please get that last star by offering a reasonable priced beer at 6:17pm on a Friday night. The staff were outstanding"

"We had the great pleasure of dining at Bodovino Ristorante today. We were walking through the Village at Meridian looking for a restaurant and was very happy we found Bodovino. When we arrived we felt lucky that there was a table open. It's located in the courtyard area situated next to the The Fountains at the Village. It's enclosed in walls of glass so you can see everything that is going on in the courtyard which was nice. Just outside the entrance there is lounge seating around a fireplace to enjoy after you wine and dine. We were greeted quickly and seated, and Britt was our server and he was great. The service was excellent. The food was excellent. For starters we enjoyed the Spicy Sambal Brussels and the Calamari. The Brussel Sprouts were very good - cooked perfectly and hints of bacon. The Calamari had a light crusted batter coating that was crispy over a very tender and delicious calamari rings & tentacles and a light aioli dipping sauce. For our entrees we had the Shrimp Scampi and the Lasagna. The Shrimp Scampi had nice sized shrimp bedded over a very perfectly cooked al dente linguini doused with a delicious garlic butter sauce making the meal light and not greasy. The lasagna was perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth with the flavors of the sauce and different types of meat with several layers filled with ricotta cheese. There was so much on the menu that this place screams to come back and try their other entrees. Dining here was near to an experience. The reason for that is you can purchase a Bodovino Supercard and serve yourself to a large selection of wines. Britt loaded up our card and was great to walk around with us and told us how it works and about some of the wines we were interested in trying. When you find what you like simply choose from three different pours tasting pour, 3 oz or a very generous pour. We tried the La Terre Chardonnay, Vale Chardonnay, Raeburn Chardonnay, and the Albe Barolo all were very good. So it was like a wine tasting experience. They have a full bar and we tried the Espresso Martini - which was very good - but I would recommend to have it as a dessert and not before the meal. We have a balance on our Bodovino card so we will be back for sure."

"The ambiance is really nice. The staff is really nice. I ordered a cocktail that was gin & prosecco and it was tiny, my husband got an old fashioned and it was super skimpy and both drinks were expensive. We ordered a flat bread pizza, the Italian, about $12, the size of a plate and almost no salami, pepperoni as they had advertised .. even worse was the bruschetta .. $11 and literally a little, teeny ramiken of the tomato, onion and mostly balsamic "dip" and bread .. super pathetic. I will never return. I'm being super kind giving them 3 stars .. The photo of the eggs below was my breakfast that I made at home and I can't delete it .. oh well .. I'm used to good food .."
