"Great food, fantastic service! Ben was are server today. He answered all of our questions and helped us decide what to order. This was are forth time dinning at Smokey's. Jalapeño burger was awesome! My wife said the Turkey Club was delicious. The side house salads are loaded with mushrooms, olives and tomatoes. The original crust pizza is good but we prefer and loved the thin crust pizza over the original crust. The lunch specials are a great deal and worth the visit. Next time we want to try the calzones. Thanks for the great service Ben. Allan & Donna Deans Eagle"

"I first called on the phone to place an order it took 1 min 20 seconds till there answered my call then ask to place me on hold for another 5 mins. I ordered a calzone and they said it will be done in 20-25 mins. I get to place in 5 mins after y call to check out happy hour items. I order the beer cheese bites. It took 20 mins to get them and as I’m waiting there said my calzone was done 10mins after my call. So it’s already gonna be cold if I was to pick up in 20mins. So this bread beer chesse thing was way to salty and the dip was bland and not cheesy at all. Will not order that again. I tried to like it and ate half of it but could finish. The service was very slow and it wasn’t busy. I also got a calzone to go so I I’ll share on that one later."

"The food is very average. It's just okay. Burgers are good, but the patties are SMALL for the price. The cajun pasta was pretty good, and the portion is large, but it had no real depth of flavor. Very simple, like a boxed pasta. I dont know. I've tried to love Smoky Mountain, but I just dont. The shoestring fries look beautiful but are decieving as they are extremely overcooked, even after we sent them back. The fries were snapping into instead of having a nice crisp texture with a fluffy potato inside. They were dry like a potato chip. Seriously, scrap these fries. They aren't good. The service, however, is always good and somewhat friendly. The restaurant itself is cozy and relaxing. Great, big, comfortable booths. These recipes just need to be updated by a trained chef."

"I have wanted to try this out, so the kids took me for lunch. The Greek penna was excellent. My daughter said the white cloud pizza was wonderful. The carnivore was good. Go for the lunch special. Bread, drink, salad (get the house salad!) And pasta for 14.00! Otherwise $20."

"Currently waiting on the remainder of our food. We have been sitting for over 1.5 hours. We are not impressed with the way this restaurant is ran, complete disaster. This is not a kid friendly restaurant. Food is wet on the bottom and the spinach and artichoke dip was a ball not a dip. There are more people waiting to be seated then there are seated. I would caution anyone to come to this Smokey Mountain on a Tuesday evening. The only positive is the waitress Amber was very nice."
