"Went to Grimaldi's with family and ordered three pizzas. We waited an hour and they had not even started our order yet, even though the restaurant wasn't at full capacity or anything. We ended up leaving still not having gotten any food. Not even breadsticks just to serve as a starter, they didn't even offer it until we'd asked several times about how much longer the food would take."
"Me and my wife love this pizza place and go about once a month. Atmosphere is nice, and sitting outside is great if the weather is good. Pizza is great tasting imo. Careful if you go around 6pm it is popular and can have a bit of a wait."
