"Over the past year the service and experience at this location has gone downhill. Wait times are extremely long, they never send out runners to take orders and try and speed up the process as they used to. Drinks come out wrong enough that I have to go to another location to get them fixed. It’s rare to have a polite worker at the window now. I go out of my way to go to other locations now, it’s unfortunate as this is the main location near me. As a former employee at a different location, it’s just super disappointing."
"I had a horrible experience at another Dutchbros location almost made me not want to go back. But these 2 girls who were working at this location were truly amazing, they made my night. People can be so mean anymore. But not those 2. They were great! Thank you!"
