"I went to look for merchandise at this location and the person taking the order told us they still had plenty left and when we ordered and got to the window they said they were all out after we paid for our drinks. It was a lie to get us to buy drinks. Not the best service"
"It was pouring rain, yet this gal was out taking orders without an umbrella!! Now there's someone who loves her job! They hire really friendly, down to earth people. Coffee is mediocre. I prefer Starbucks or black rock coffee bar. It's always packed, but the line moves quickly."

"Ask for a regular cup of coffee, might as well ask for the atomic weight of plutonium because none of these idiots understood what that was. They tried to sell me things that were like regular coffee but cost $5 a cup. Went across the street to McDonald's got my cup for a buck and a quarter"
"Got my daughter a NOT SO HOT, hot chocolate. It burned my hands, I couldn’t get it out of my hands fast enough to the cup holder. This is for a child! I don’t understand how it didn’t melt the cup that’s how hot it was. Very irresponsible employees allowing this to happen. Now my daughter is upset because she can’t have her drink right away like she normally does because it’s scalding! it’s suppose to be a NOT SO HOT… this could have ended very badly for you guys if it were to happen to someone else who is sue happy."
