"Really confused on how our orders NEVER COME out right.. we just started ordering from here again this is our third time and once again our order was messed up! We ordered six of the jumbo jacks an one double an DIDN'T receive the double...... we asked for no ice in our drinks an got ice.... One tiny tomato on the burger an a barely there piece of lettuce..."
"They almost got one star because I ordered 12 tacos and they gave me 6 so I called in and they took my name down a d said I could come in anytime the next day and pick up my order. I went the next day and let me tell you they made it right!!!! They gave me a full order of 12 tacos and they were very polite about it. Highly recommend this jack in the box!!"
"Haven't stopped at a Jack in 6 months. Ordered a couple of burgers and a drink. Absolutely no taste. Then the soda, no taste. They have the machine for maximum profit. 3 different flavors and almost tasted the Coke. The manager was fun to watch. Most important person around, at least in his mind. I really wish the corporate people would bring back the original Ultimate Cheeseburger with the onion sauce instead of mustard and ketchup."
"I ordered 4 tacos, loaded tiny tacos and kids 4pc meal. They forget my tacos so I had to go in and ask for them and didn't even give me loaded tiny tacos they gave me regular tiny tacos. Very disappointing for my son he loves loaded tiny tacos. This store every other time I go always leaves something out of my order or messes it up. I hope in the future these problems get fixed because jack in the box is always a good place to eat."
"Had to pull forward and wait 15 to 20 minutes in the parking lot for 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 (2 tacos). Asked for ranch in the drive thru which they ended up forgetting. Had to go inside and ask for some. The chicken sandwiches were hard, burnt and had a funny taste. And when did they stop putting pickles on the chicken sandwiches? Disappointing. The only good thing was the employee at the window. She was very nice. Other than that it was pretty terrible."
