"I've been pleased with the service in the past, but have been frustrated recently. I dropped off a trailer tire to be replaced. I went back at the end of the day to pick it up and they didn't have any record that I had dropped it off and couldn't locate it for some time. It was finally found and a new tire mounted, but when I went to use it the next morning, the tire was flat. I dropped it off once again to have it fixed and asked that they please don't lose it this time (thinking I was joking). My wife went to pick it up, and AGAIN they couldn't locate it. They then sent home the wrong wheel/tire. I called to leave a voice-mail after hours, and the mailbox was full. Needless to say, I'm disappointed in the service and communication with this recent purchase and experience. ++UPDATE: I spoke with the manager and they were able to locate the correct tire. He sent an employee to my home and they put the new/correct tire on the trailer. Thank you for taking care of this situation in a timely manner."

"Quality job, don’t expect to get your vehicle back for quite some time…… I dropped off at 10, told a few hours, ended up being 2:30. I was out of work for the day. This location has done this every time to all my vehicles. Doesn’t matter what the services are, expect not to have your vehicle for 4-6 hours. Plan accordingly. They Need more help…….."

"(2/18/24) I may change this review, depending on how my issue is handled. (2/19/24) I'm changing this from 1 star to 3 because the problem has been, well, explained at the very least. My phone number was incorrect by 1 digit. So that would explain the lack of contact. However, I'm leaving the original review for context. I would like to preface this, I am an extremely patient and understanding person. I work in the service industry and I know it can get hectic and things slip through cracks. However, there is a point when I can no longer be patient. I took my car in for an alignment and suspension check on Thursday 2/15 at 10am for a 12pm appointment. I had not gotten a call by 6pm so I got a ride over to check on it. They tell me there is a lot of play with the front control arms, so they recommend they order a part to alleviate this. Should arrive next day. I know it would need done eventually so I thought sure, why not? Guy at the counter says it would be done by close on Friday. Friday comes, I call around 4pm for an update. I'm told it's been very busy, and they had not even started the alignment. He says it would be done by 10am Saturday. I'm frustrated, but whatever. I have my girlfriend's car to use so I'm not without transportation for Saturday. Saturday, 5pm, not one single call. By this point I have been the only one to make contact. No text, no updates, nothing. As frustrating as having to wait so long already is, my biggest problem is the lack of communication. I give them a call, thinking they are open until 6pm. First call puts me on hold, then says they are unable to take my call. I call back, and am immediately greeted with the "Les Schwab after-hours answering machine". Great... It's now Sunday. They're closed. I have to be to work at 5:30am tomorrow, and no car to use. Who knew an alignment could turn into such a hassle. I'm not certain it has even been worked on yet, nobody has told me anything, nor asked to see if I would at least like to pick it up knowing they would be closed through Sunday. This is not me trying to berate the floor staff, this is more directed towards management. Call your customers, text them. Do not leave them in the dark. It's bad business and leaves a sour taste for customers."

"One of the worst experiences I have had at any tire stores with this location. Was promised completion time within a few hours took 10 hours to finally find out that they didn't have the correct wheels. Was told correct wheel would be on order for Monday only to find out 3 days later after I had to call and check on the status that it wasn't there and it was coming in on their stock freight truck. After 9 years of having them for services I will be changing companies."
