"On January 2, I stopped in, it was Tuesday. I paid $114+ for a Dyson Vacuum battery. I was told my battery replacement would be in Tuesday January 4. I called, "sir it wasn't on the truck, but it will be here Thursday January 6". We will call you, it is here. Tuesday on January 9. When I called again, oh, it's coming on January 11. I got a call, your battery is in. I got to the store, gave them my recipe, "be right back" he said. Dude came out and put a cardboard package on the counter. I said "ya, that ain't it" "sure it is he says" as he begins to ring up a $114+ invoice. "Dude, I already paid for the battery, what you have here is a 3.4vdc cell phone battery , not a 22.8 vdc battery for a Dyson " I got my money back, I've got one coming from Amazon for $32. These children don't have a clue. Do your homework, don't waste your money here. Your reply was that I should contact the manager. To what end? I told the two employees that were trying to help me that I would source the battery for my Dyson elsewhere. I was able to order a replacement from an online retail store for around $35. That's a considerable savings compared to your store, and yes it is an OEM product."
