"My family has waited in the ER for 2 hours here while hypertensive having a 180 systolic and severe chest pain and they won't even take her back to see a doctor! this ER is unbelievable! Psychiatric patients have waited 24 hours or longer on the weekend to be seen, people will lay dying outside on the sidewalk on the weekends because there's not enough room in the ER. This place is absolutely unbelievable! If you are that severely understaffed instead of knowingly having patients wait up to 24 hours to be seen, have mercy values and transport them to a nearby hospital to be seen sooner. How many lives could have been saved had the ER staff here been able to see patients sooner or rerouted patients somewhere else nearby (Cox) to be treated with earlier intervention sooner?"
