"Having had a , botched colonoscopy experience at The Martin Center in Springfield MO by CoxHealth thru Dr. Hegde’s office , I changed doctors and hospitals and moved my procedure to Fayetteville to NorthHills Endoscopy Center and Dr.Ellison. What an ASTOUNDING difference! The process, the procedures, the nurses, and the entire experience was professional, compassionate, caring and trouble free! I felt the difference from the first communication making the arrangements after everything fell apart in chaos at CoxHealth. Dr. Ellison and NorthHills is night and day compared to the disaster I experienced at Cox, The Martin Center and Dr. Hegde. And health wise, it was a blessing to end up at NorthHills.It turned out I DONT need major surgery after all like I was being pushed into at Cox. In fact, My results were so good, I don’t even need another colonoscopy for another ten years!! Thank you Dr.Ellison and thanks to the INCREDIBLE staff at North Hills. I highly recommend ANYONE considering ant colorectal procedure at CoxHeath immediately move to NorthHills ….it may just save your life!!!! It will DEFINITELY save you a world of trouble!"

"If I could give a zero rating I definitely would. I swear it takes forever just to get someone on the phone. Your lucky if your not on wait for almost an hour. And God forbid you need to schedule an appointment."

"Very efficient and privacy matters too. Clean entry and atmosphere. Friendly greeting when you enter with prompt directions. Phone text to let you know when it's your turn and what window to go to. Confirms information and band when pulled back for test or imaging. Also provides mobility assistance when needed."

"Update: they STILL didn't send it. I went up there was told they are sending as I was sitting there and guess what? The pharmacy STILL hasn't received it. Plus your calls don't go through to anyone. Waste of time "it should be ready by the end of the day" they say as I call for the umpteenth time about colon prep stuff for my colonoscopy in two days. I've called several times since the 3rd to get my prep stuff sent to the pharmacy and each time they said that. Finally got 2/3 things from the pharmacy but I'm afraid I'm going to have to reschedule (or just cancel at this point) because I'm missing the third. I have to start prepping for it TOMORROW. Plus the doctor that I saw was heavily pushing OTC meds when I initially saw him. Don't get your hopes up for this place (they are still better than mercy tho)"

"My son had an appointment at 9:40. They told me to be here at 910 for paper work. It is 11:16 and we’re STILL waiting!! They have so much staff and the wait time is ridiculous! Why I didn’t go with mercy!! I had three little kids with me and it was just a nightmare. Also get rid of the masks. Covid is over and get with it!"
