"I came to Springfield kids dental in desperate need of dental clearance for my 3 year old sons upcoming heart surgery, his surgery is in 3 weeks and I've gotten the run around from Jordan valleys clinic an was beginning to worry I wouldn't get his clearance in time. The staff at Springfield kids dental got us in right away and took thorough care of my boy to ensure he is safe to have open heart surgery performed and even brought to my knowledge how he would need antibiotics after every cleaning post op so we will definitely be making Springfield kids dental our home dentist office for all of our children's needs. "We had a great experience. I brought my 5 month old son in to have a tongue tie released. I called yesterday, they were able to set up an appointment for a consultation for today, and they offered to release the tie today as well. Dr. Ben was great to my son, as well as my husband and I. He also found a lip tie and we were able to handle that today, too. It was a breath of fresh air after fighting with other doctors to even look for any ties for almost 6 months. He made sure to answer all of our questions and offered multiple options to help ease our (my) anxiety during the procedure. His team was great as well."

"Would definitely recommend this office to any special needs parents.They have taken excellent care of our 13 year old who is on the Autism spectrum. He was anxious and scared and had required being out under anesthesia to have dental work prior to going to this practice, but now with kindness, patience, and humor from all the staff he trust them.He is ready to go to dentist and dosen't require being put out.they make him comfortable minimize pain give him encouragement and even A little break if he needs it.can not say enough about how they have made him and us feel comfortable with his care.10 out 10 definitely recommend."

"The facility was clean and not distracting. The staff was polite and helpful. We were seen promptly. The adults who interacted with my child were respectful and talked to him about each step of what they were about to do. The focus was on him and they filled me in once he felt comfortable.
