"Went in to get a simple tooth filled for a cavity at this point over a year ago. Since that moment I have gotten it I have not been able to chew on one side of my mouth because there is intense pain that shoots out every time I try to chew something that isn’t the consistency of bread or apple sauce. I have went in multiple times to try to get this one specific issue fixed, but get greeted with energy as if im lying, until they look and realize something is wrong then “attempt” to fix it, same issue multiple times and still even the last attempt, I can finally floss without the floss getting actually stuck in my teeth to where I have to pull it out and it hurts, and at this point instead of allowing them to grind more on my teeth, I am going to end up spending cash to fix this issue at another place, because I do not trust the skillset of the workers here."

If they take your insurance, they will bill them directly before they ask you for any money upfront. After your initial exam, they will give you an itemized treatment plan, outlining what your insurance covers, and what amount, if any, you will have to pay out of pocket. I really like the fact that this company is honest with you and doesn't try to gouge you for more money!"

"Front office, BIG fail. You had a month to do your homework, and almost weekly calls from me reminding you what you were supposed to be doing. Get your ducks in a row next time so that the patient makes it back to the clinicians. You just lost a formerly loyal and happy client."

Dr. Grishin works hard to ensure his patients are informed and kept as comfortable as possible, and his staff are knowledgeable and dedicated. I laugh many times during my appointments here. "They tried to numb my teen daughter to work on her and it didn't work after several shots. So they rescheduled the apt. At the next apt they did the shots again and it did not work, so they just worked on her anyway! She was in terrible pain and I had no idea as I was in the waiting area, if I had known I would have taken her somewhere else. Don't use this place! They also won't refund your money if the insurance pays more than they charged you, you have a huge hassle of practically having to harass them to get your own money back! But of course you MUST pay the day of service even if you are a long time customer, if you owe them 5 cents they will come after you for it with a vengeance."
