"We absolutely love Dr. Wright. She's very understanding and listens to what we have to say as parents instead of just brushing us off. That being said, we are forever sitting long past our appointment time before we get to see the doctor. My daughter's appointment today was at 2:30, we arrived at 2:20. We were finally taken back into a room at 3:00pm, it is now 3:30, an hour past our appointment time, and we are still sitting in this room and have yet to see the doctor. I wish they would account for this during scheduling as it is an every time thing that staff are running AT LEAST 30 minutes behind. Maybe leave a small gap between appointments or something to help make up for it throughout the day. I'm going to have to have someone meet me to get my daughter so I'm not late for work this evening even though I scheduled the appointment for 2 hours before I have to be at work."

"Going to be going to a different doc office from here on out. Every year it's the same. This time it was worse the nurse said the doctor would be with soon we waited 40 mins past our appt time still did not see the doctor. I am also calling my insurance company because this is absurd. I have to take time from work unpaid to get my kid into a doctor and they don't care. It was doctor Hakan. I don't reccomend this office to anybody."

"I'd like to give more stars, but considering the doctor we originally have as our pediatrician, is literally never in on the days we need to be seen. Dr. Moellering is wonderful when we do get to see her. Dr. Hakan is awful. Went for a appt at 4pm yesterday for my sick daughter. The staff didn't get me into a room until 20min after the appt. We were there 10min early. And we waited over 45min in a room before I stuck my head out after 5pm for the nurse staff or whoever she was to tell me he was with a patient and still had another one to see before us. OK fine, but why is it so hard for the staff to stick their head in and tell us instead of making us wait that long with no explanation. I had worked all day, I was tired. My 13yr old daughter was ready to go home so we left without being seen because of their poor treatment. I will be looking for a new family doctor with better availability and better staff."

"Dr. Wright was wonderful to talk to and knew what she was talking about. However she coded every individual symptom as if it were it’s own specific problem which resulted in a bill 4x as high as it should have been. In hundreds of doctor visits I have never encountered this before. Also their phones have been down multiple times that I have tried to contact them over months. When I politely let them know after a frantic morning trying to contact them, they seemed to indicate that that was normal—not really the doctor you want in an emergency."

"Dr. Hakan is wonderful but absolutely expect to be here for at least 1.5 hours past your appoint time consistently regardless of the time/ day you schedule. If you need to take time off work, pay a sitter for other kids, plan at least half the day or consider another provider."
