"Went in on a Tuesday looking for some jeans that were online, for a wedding that weekend. They didn’t end up having them in store. Spokane store contacted A Boot barn in Seattle and they were supposed to overnight a pair and they didn’t get the memo and did not send it. I was left high and dry. Super upset and put in a bad spot. Thanks for nothing."

"Needed my Stetson shaped and went in to see Spencer, I think that’s his name. He did a great job at shaping my hat to exactly what I was looking for, he gave me suggestions and tips on care for my hat and suggestions on straw and new hats. Spencer had two years experience shaping hats and worth it to me to make the almost 2 hour drive for a quality shaping. Thanks Spencer."

"The salesman said if I buy one of their store brand boots I can return within a year if anything goes wrong with them. He said, quote, "even if your dog chews them up you can bring them back and exchange them." I brought back some boots that got a hole in the sole, I had tried to glue up the hole because i didn't want a wet foot until I could return them and apparently that "voided" the policy. Very misleading to say a dog could eat them and I could still return them and then hit me with a "well technically" when I come to make good on their promise. Going somewhere else for boots now I guess."

"The girl cleaning my hat and reshaping it was great! The best part, the hat turned out perfect!! Actually, don’t know her name is unfortunately, my wife loved her Christmas nails though! Clearly, the only one in there wearing western clothing due to lifestyle rather than wanting to look “cool”. She definitely knew what she was doing. Will be back to her for all my hat care."

"What a Victory! What a Victory! Bought my first pair of stingray sniptoe boots but had to return them in Texas while on visit Had second pair shipped online but, wrong size, so returned them. The third pair came defective so I returned them. I finally decided to deal with a brick store so I called to Spokane Valley, Wa. location. I spoke with Manager Ashley who worked hard to get my order straight. She helped me to reorder them. So this time I drove 2 hours to the store to pick them up, I was so discouraged and disappointed they had received the same defective boots that I had returned online. They went out of there way to guarantee me a good pair. They began calling across the U.S. to find me a good pair. I left trusting that they were doing there best. I explained to the store clerk Hunter to please thoroughly examine the next pair that came in. I am happy to report that they shipped the pair of boots free to me and as per my request the boot are Amazing and beautiful. Thanks to both managers and the clerks that helped me see my dream come true. I will buy from this store with confidence."
