"Had the worst example of customer service I have ever had. When it came time to pay the guy at the register, just said “card“. I thought maybe it was just a mistake, but this guy really seemed extremely an uninterested in helping me. I said “thank you.” His reply was “uh ha.” I used to buy all my jeans at the store, but I will no longer be using their services because of this one individual. Hollister definitely needs some customer service training."
