"Only two stars for nice person who was patient and alerted they were going to close. The other white lady will be a reason not to return. I was going to buy some plates in less than five minutes since my son's apartment burned and he lost everything. I had been trying to get out to this location for several weeks because I'm working two jobs to help. This snarky lady said' oh no you can't look at anything ' really sharp and nasty like I was stealing her pearls...we have to have you checked out in a few minutes. I said oh that's fine I'm just going to look as she shot me stink eye like I was going to put stuff in my pants. I looked saw a couple plates I could have bought had time to say thank you to other sales person and leave before they needed to close. I can't get back before I drive the seven hours to help him out to pick up the plates. Which would have helped save some money. Most likely I will not return because that lady turned me off the place and it is not stocked like it used to be. You are welcome salvation army apparently you don't need my money."

"My feelings were ok on this place…until they weren’t. I had taken my daughter for a day out of thrift shopping, and had gone to this thrift shop one time in the past. The last time, the staff were very nice and I appreciate that, but the cleanliness is something else. I expect that I am getting used items, but I literally had to walk out when I saw what appeared to be a used, dirty, adult diaper on one of the shelves. I immediately told my three year old it was time to go. I mean, come on. It’s pretty obvious they do almost no cleaning or quality control of the items they accept. But the staff were nice!"

"I LOVE shopping at the Salvation Army here in the valley. I went today and could not carry home all I wanted, wish they had one of those little red wagons for sale, I would have bought that!! Staff is totally cool, prices are great, white tags are discounted today. I really do go once a week, I encourage all to go and see for yourself!!"
