"My husband and I were shopping at your Spokane Valley Washington store and have never been treated the way that we were. As soon as we walked into the store everyone was on us.. following us around and asking us off the wall and downgrading questions. Mind you, we consistently shop at buckle.. but I am unsure if we will continue. As we were checking out we expressed our concern with how we were treated only to be met with laughter and attitude straight to our faces.. I need to be contacted by your manager at that store or someone. To be treated that way is unacceptable and will not be tolerated whatsoever. We left your store feeing Extremely disrespected, embarrassed, and irate at the situation."

"I ordered jeans from this store on a Sunday night. It is now Thursday night and they can’t even give me tracking information. I paid for rush shipping as these clothes are for work and yet they refuse to give any information on the order. Whenever I go into this store it’s always a battle. I always end up ordering online because they do not have the latest styles and fits in stock. I will be returning ordered items and shopping somewhere else"

"Great shop full of lots of stylish clothes that are good quality. They have everything from shoes, socks, hats, shorts and pants, shorts, ECT. Pretty much whatever the season is then your should be able to find whatever you need. The store is easy to get around in, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. You can find almost anything that will work and the employees are great at helping you find just what you need. Check then out for all your cool basics."
