"I have been shopping at Sage for nearly 5 years. I have spent around 1000 a year for 5 years at this store. Their selection in jeans is the best in the valley and Im a petite size. I have always had amazing customer service and jean advice until recently. I was rushed told to buy a size that wasn't a good fit. I ended up going back and tried to exchange my jeans. I was met with rudeness, was rushed and the sales person had no idea how their products fit a woman's frame. One of those persons was the owner Chelsea. She was more preoccupied with her pod cast than making a sale. When I went to check out I was confronted with a flyer about their no refund policy. I ended up spending almost $300 on ill fitting jeans that I cant return. So I donated them to a local charity. I still recommended Sage to a friend because she w was looking for a specific jean. She ended up walking out because if no customer service. No sale."
