"I am a firm supporter of local businesses! However, beware of this one! After a few years of relatively generous support, I was sadly disappointed after being treated coldly and unreasonably when returning some items. There was a miscommunication by one of their salespersons regarding their return policy and yet, relying on what I understood, they were not willing to acknowledge the validity of my concerns! I was sorry to have had such an experience after thinking so highly of this store. Looks like I am going to have to do my shopping for these cute boutique items, directly with the merchants online!"
